The hostel of passive house standard was planned similarly to the listed building of the former University of Education. The specially developed wash plaster (untreated lime plaster with exposed grains) required craftmanship and ability.

Hostel with 66 flats of monolithic brick design of passive house standard. Annual CO2 savings of 128 tons. The building was planned similarly to the style of the listed building of the former teacher training college. Due to its design and materials the new construction has been integrated into the campus concept of the entire system. The principal and the architect attached special importance to the design of the facade surfaces. The wash plaster specially developed for the building project required superb craftmanship and ability of the craftsman. The untreated lime plaster with its exposed granularity smoothly fits into its environment.
